Last night marked the third annual Draft-A-Ticat, held this year at Carmen’s Banquet Centre. The Draft Party was hosted by Hall of Famer Ron Lancaster, as 22 local and national companies met to draft a Ticats player who will be integrated into their marketing efforts for this season.
By participating in the program, sponsors receive two player appearances, a player profile page, promotional t-shirts, season tickets, and their logo on videoboard, which is brought to you this year by Arcelor Mittal.
The first overall pick was none other than quarterback Casey Printers selected by Turtle Jacks, a new partner in the Draft-A-Ticat program.
