CFL Athletes Do Crazy Workout Stuff So You Don’t Have To


CFL Players around the league have been crushing it at the gym in preparation for training camp.  Which has us asking…. #IsItJuneYet?

Maybe the most impressive feat comes from BC Lions WR Emmanuel Arceneaux who you know, is just squatting 405lbs…  Our thighs are burning just thinking about  it.

Also, while you’re at it, please note the epicness of his hard hat.


Next up, it’s Hamilton’s Erik Harris and well, whatever you call this medieval hand bike machine he’s using to work his upper body…

Finally, we bring you a 48 inch box jump courtesy of Argonauts WR Natey Adjei.  Adjei is going into his second season in the CFL and is apparently taking his hops to another level in 2015…
