Nacho-average Sunday! We’ve got your Grey Cup nachos that will go perfectly with your gameday feast. Get the recipe.

So you’ve got your Grey Cup chili recipe and now you’re looking for something to go along with it am I right? Whether you’re looking for a mid-game snack,  appetizer,  or  main course this nacho recipe is just what you’re looking for!

What you need:

5-8 large handfuls of tortilla chips

2 lbs ground beef

1 yellow onion diced

½ cumin

½ chili powder

½ cup canned black beans

1½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese

1 ½ cups monetary jack cheese

½ cup sliced black olives

½ cup sliced pickled jalapenos

½ cup diced tomatoes

Sour cream and salsa

How to make them:

–       Preheat over to 400F

–       In a skillet add the diced onion. Once it is mostly cooked add the beef until its browned and then drain the fat. Mix in cumin and chili powder and beans.

–       On a baking sheet or an oven-safe dish lay a layer of chips then beef, then cheese. Repeat ending with cheese.

–       Bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted

–       Top with black olives, jalapenos, diced tomato and serve with sour cream and salsa
