Seahawks TE Luke Willson Brings “Golden Football” Home To His Canadian High School

Luke Willson: Super Bowl Champion & Good Canadian Boy

In a video documentary on NFL.com, Seattle Seahawks TE Luke Willson returned home to La Salle Ontario and visited his high school, St. Thomas of Villanova Secondary School. It was where his love for the game started and where he played with his two brothers.

While on his visit the school held an assembly where he presented his school with a “Golden Football.”

Willson has played three seasons for the Seahawks totaling 59 receptions for 847 yards and 5 touchdowns.  Willson was also selected by the Toronto Argonauts in the 5th round (32 overall) in the 2012 CFL Draft and fun fact, in 2011 he signed with the Toronto Blue Jays organization but decided to return to football… seems like he made the right choice!
