Esks getting hot, forecast calling for “Rainey” and Cato’s big day

We had another content filled week in the #CFL, so let’s get to it!

First up we had a West Clash between the #Esks and #Bombers. Prior to this meeting, there were whispers of John White possibly losing his starting RB title. However, after putting on a show against the #Bombers on route to victory, he certainly silenced this notion.

Saturday kicked off with a DOUBLEHEADER. In our first game, we had the #Stamps visiting the Hammer to take on the #Ticats. The #Tabbies faithful was out in full force despite some not-so ideal weather:

Unfortunately for the #Ticats fans who toughed out this weather, the #Stamps came out with a decisive win:

On a more serious note, in pre-game a moment of silence was held for Mylan Hicks, who was tragically killed on the prior weekend.

The 2nd game of this DOUBLEHEADER featured the #REDBLACKS travelling across the country to take on the #Leos. Early on in this match-up, we had some “Rainey” weather inside of BC Place:

This was quite the exciting game and it went back and forth all game. Ironically, a game filled with tons of offence was decided by defence as the #Lions prevailed:

Our last game of Week 15 had the debut of a new face roaming the sidelines for the #Als in Jacques Chapdelaine.  A new head coach for the #Als seemed to be exactly what the doctor ordered. Led by the stellar play of QB Rakeem Cato (and his 4 TDs),  the #Argos were routed and had fans feeling like:
