TiCat Oskee-Weiners
Everyone else will be grilling boring hot dogs, but you? No. You’re a part of Tiger Cat greatness, so you’re prepared to go above-and-beyond for your tailgate crew! These stuffed snacks are the cat’s meow…

Ingredients

  • 4 hot dogs
  • 2 tbsp of grill seasoning
  • 4 slices of sharp cheddar cheese, cut into ½ inch strips
  • 2 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 small onions, sliced ¼ inch thick
  • 2 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp of hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp of melted butter
  • 4 hot dog buns

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill for direct cooking over medium heat (350° to 450°F)
  2. Brush the cooking grates on the grill clean
  3. Without cutting all the way through, make a lengthwise slit down each hot dog
  4. Add hot dogs and grill seasoning into a plastic bag together, and shake to evenly coat
  5. Add hot dogs to grill, with strips of cheese stuffed in the lengthwise slit
  6. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a grill skillet, adding onions, hot sauce, and brown sugar when warm
  7. If preferred, butter the insides of the hot dog buns, and place face-down on the grill to be lightly toasted
  8. Assemble the hog dogs on the buns, adding spicy caramelized onions on top

Drew Taters
Great when served warm with other grilled meats and veggies, or even as a snack on their own. We’re positive that if Drew Tate were at your Kickoff party, he’d love these taters.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil

  • ½ tsp of ground black pepper
  • 2 large russet potatoes, to be cut into 8 wedges

  • 1 tsp of dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup minced fresh herbs (whatever your preference, such as rosemary, thyme, chive, dill, parslay)

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill for direct cooking over medium heat (350° to 450°F)
  2. Brush the cooking grates on the grill clean
